Craig McKenzie is an experienced barista with over 20 years experience in the all facets of the industry. Co- author of the ground breaking How to make the best espresso coffee (15,000 copies sold around Australia), trainer, taster and coffee consultant to cafes, roasters and select coffee chains. Craig is available for espresso training, cupping sessions, Grounded Pleasures cocoa/ chocolate master classes and flavour consultancy.

In the past, he has worked closely with wineries and breweries, in particular Matilda Bay Brewery in consulting on a limited edition coffee ale, called Crema. He was instrumental in providing and the set up of Matilda Bay’s roaster and espresso machine.

Craig has conducted training sessions for many community groups and corporations, including Daylesford Neighbourhood House, Balwyn Community Centre and BRACE.
